Kentucky Senate Bill 8

Kentucky Senate Bill 8,  AN ACT relating to exceptions to mandatory immunization requirements and declaring an emergency, passed both Senate and House earlier this month. It landed on the Governor’s desk on 3.16.2021. The veto period has ended and Kentucky SB8 has now become law without the Governor’s signature.

If the state ever mandates a vaccine due to an epidemic, there will be religious, medical and conscientious exemptions.
